If you consider yourself a leader,
whether on the front line or in the C-suite, and if you don’t like what you’ve got, why don’t you change it? If your world is all screwed up, then rearrange it. If you don’t like what you see, why don’t you fight it? If you know something’s wrong, why don’t you right it? In the end, it comes down to your thinking.
The first step in leading a transformation is learning how to lead change. And this is where I might be of assistance.

I’m Jim Ruprecht

I teach and coach leaders at all levels, from the front-line to the C-suite, how to transform their organization’s world of work. Increase their throughput. Become more adaptive to change. Not just meet or exceed customer requirements, but create customer requirements to which competitors will be compelled to respond. And do all of this at a sustainable work pace.
I’ve done this. Over the course of my career, I have led 16 organizational change efforts of various kinds, at various levels, in various functions, at various companies under various economic conditions. My experience has been on the field, not from the sidelines or the stands. This real-life experience enables me to move from concept and theory to pragmatic issues in a heartbeat.
I’ve integrated the lessons I’ve learned over the course of this experience creating the BHG Framework for leading organizational change. Now I teach this field-proven framework and its use to enlightened and motivated leaders and teams at all levels.

Doing work that matters for people who care.
