The BHG Framework and other lessons in leading organizational change are born out of my personal career experience “conducting” 16 transformations with organizations of various kinds, at various levels, at various companies. You might find them helpful in “conducting” your own organizational change effort.
From a small tweak to a whole scale transformation, whether the impetus is Agile adoption, a merger or acquisition, a response to some competitive threat you didn’t see coming, adjusting to a post-pandemic world, purging institutional racism, or you simply seek to make that corner of the world that you have the good fortune to lead a better place, there are two ways I can be of assistance.
Option #1
During the pandemic, while not yet retired from agilityIRL, I created a series of videos in which I share the fundamentals of the BHG Framework. Their production value reflects the fact that I wrote, directed, performed and edited them myself while at home during the pandemic. However, they are currently available for viewing at no charge.
Episode 1 does some level-setting that provides context important to the rest of the episodes, so resist the urge to skip it.
